The design ensures good grip of the hands and feet on the BOSU Balance Trainer NexGen. Due to the improved design it is possible to use this balance trainer for new exercises:

• Lateral Over the Dome: fast cardio and dexterity exercises where the textured surface makes it possible to place the feet well on the balance trainer.
• Walk-Over Push-Ups: exercise where one hand is on the ground and the other hand on the Balance Trainer. After one push-up, both hands move over the top of the trainer. When moving hands, ideal use can be made of the structured lines that the balance trainer contains.

The BOSU Balance Trainer NexGen has a blue color with a gray edge. In addition, the balance trainer contains a smooth anti-slip layer that leaves no traces.
